Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

The comfortable beds and smart TV were a hit, and we loved the nearby eateries. Pro tip, take advantage of the complimentary breakfast and request extra towels at the front desk!

The room was spacious and clean, while the excellent location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

The property was clean, the room was big size. The breakfast was amazing and excellent and the parking was on site. I appreciated the room on lower floors, the bed was very comfy. All of the staff members were honest and amazingly nice. The venue was in a central location not far from Estadio Caliente, fancy shopping mall and many restaurants.

The hotel itself was wonderful and clean and the staff were incredibly nice, it had favourable location in the business district of Tijuana.

Had a great stay! The room was super spacious with comfy beds and a mini fridge. Breakfast selection was fresh and delicious. Wish they had in-room dining options though.

The Queen Room I stayed in was really comfy and clean. I loved the spaciousness and the AC was great-definitely kept the room cool. And a mini fridge was a nice bonus. The beds were super comfortable too! The shower pressure was good and they even provided extra towels. Just wished there was a microwave in the room.

During my stay, I appreciated the very good breakfast and the comfortable, clean room. The location was excellent, close to various attractions like the Tijuana Cultural Center and Caliente Casino. I did experience some issues with the phone in the room and a lack of information about amenities. The experience was good but had its shortcomings.

The breakfast buffet was a real treat with pozole and menudo that hit the spot! The location was prime for hitting up nearby restaurants like Los Arcos and Comicx.

Had some hiccups with the room phone and lack of info on amenities. The bar was closed when I craved a cold drink-no bueno! But the staff stayed engaged and tried their best to make it right.

This place suits me perfectly! With great Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge, it has everything I need. The staff care. They once helped me print documents on my first visit. I highly recommend it for a city trip!

This place was clean and the staff was really courteous and worked hard to give good service, plus its central location was convenient.
